- Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and the type of service booked (tours, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Processing fees or third-party charges may apply.
2. Tour & Activity Cancellations
A. Standard Tours (Group/Private)

- Non-refundable rates apply for last-minute bookings or special promotions.
4. Flights & Transportation
- Airline cancellation policies apply (often non-refundable for discounted fares).
- Transfers may be refundable if canceled 48+ hours in advance.
5. No-Shows & Early Departures
- No refunds for unused services due to late arrival or voluntary early departure.
6. Force Majeure & Emergencies
- Exceptions may apply for:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel advisories
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Refunds/vouchers issued case-by-case.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days.
- Original payment method credited (may take longer depending on your bank).
8. Changes to Bookings
- Date/activity changes subject to availability and possible fees.
- Must be requested at least 7 days before departure.
